I'm going to Europe next month, I want to do a small blog daily for my family and posterity. I don't really want to type, I want to take pictures, use voice texting, and upload instantly to a blog. Anyone have an idea of the best way to do this?

You might also have a look at TravelPod as they have a mobile app and it's very easy to use. I have no idea whether this would support voice texting? I'm very adept at typing so prefer to use a Netbook with a "proper" keyboard for things like that.
One important point to keep in mind is that if you want to "upload instantly", you'll need to have access to 3G cellular data which could be VERY expensive. It will be much cheaper if you limit your Blog uploads to times when you have Wi-Fi available.
