best AUTOMATIC Safari translator for MAC OS

I'm trying to automatically translate a foreign language video website into English but can't find a consistently good app for that. Please help! :)

have you tried Google Chrome for Mac OS? Use it as your web browser instead of Safari. It has options to translate entire web pages.
