Hi all, We are planning a 6-7 week trip to Europe next year, We have an Itenary planned out but want to keep it flexable so dont want to lock in our accomodation and car hire before we leave. We will be using our Samsung Android tablet to book as we go, Can anyone reccomend any good travel Apps for accomodation & car hire or is it better to just book directly with hotel or car hire websites. I've had good luck using Trivago, Booking.com, Hotels.com and Vayama. In France, logishotels.com also has some very nice properties. With your tablet, you can access these as websites since some don't have apps. Don't limit your choices.

I followed Rick's advice from his books this time and booked my hotels by emailing the hotels. I got quick responses and good rates through emailing the hotels directly.

Yeh will be using a lot of Ricks advice for our trip, Will be staying at B&Bs for probably all of our accomodation. Have started looking through AirBnB and prices look pretty reasonable and well within our budget. Anyone use it and can give any pros or cons. cheers
