Does anyone have a recommendation for a hotel in St Gallen?

My sister and i stayed at the Hotel Metropol in Sept. 2022. Here's what I had to say about it in my trip report:
We stayed at the Hotel Metropol right across from the train station.
It was a basic hotel, good location.
I would stay there again for the location. It was convenient to both the train station and the old town.
