I bought STP 8 days on August 25 with intent to travel on September 18.
But , probably, did not change date and now ticket says start date August 25 .
We wont be in Switzerland until Sept 18 . How should fix this huge mistake?

ETA: Here are a few more sites, although the fact that it's past that original starting date does not bode well. One site says you may be entitled to a refund for the remaining days. You might have to call them.

I sent an email from my account page . It says it can take up to 15 days .
The tickets were for my friend as he was having problem on his laptop processing VISA. I bought mine a week ago with correct dates . After couple of tries, probably lost focus or rushed up and made a mistake . I knew the process , but ..
Thus making the case to just buy it upon arrival in Switzerland, since there is no real reason to buy it in advance.
