I just purchased the 15 day Swiss Travel Pass (consecutive days) and mistakenly put September 8 as the start date - but that is the date we land - we will not actually be using it until September 10. Any info on how to get in touch with SBB to change the date? I have searched the website and cannot find any email contact info. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
I did finally find a question form to use - so hopefully I can get this fixed. Do love this forum - made me feel better just to reach out!
Good luck!!! Let us know if you are able to change the start date.
Thank you Carrie - good news and some advice! Apparently, you can purchase the Swiss Travel Pass through SBB but also though Switzerland Travel Center ( and other places as well I assume). I purchased mine through SBB and with all my trip planning over the past several months, I ended up with a Swiss Pass account. To make a long story not so short, I filled out a form yesterday that I thought I found on the SBB website asking how to solve my problem - but apparently it went to their community forum. I received 3 or 4 emails from Swiss Tourism this morning telling me I had to contact whomever I purchased the tickets from (Swiss Travel Center or SBB) directly to solve the problem. I went to the ticket confirmation email I received yesterday and pressed refund. It took me to my account and I was able to get a refund for the tickets and now I can repurchase them. My advice is purchase through SBB. What an adventure!
I’m glad it worked out and thankful you posted so others will benefit from your experience. Have a great trip!
Thanks for reporting back. Like carol said, i'm glad it worked out. I get so nervous anytime i have to put in dates for anything. It's so easy to type the wrong number by mistake.
Thank you Carol and Carrie for your support!!
I am glad everything worked out for you. Something to think about is how many train trips you will be taking in that 15 day period? The Half Fare card may be cheaper for you if you are not taking many trains. You may want to do some math on point to point tickets and apply the half fare card and see if the 15 day travel pass is the most economical. Just a suggestion.
Thank you Threadware- we are taking trains probably every 2-4 days so have done some math and think the 15 day pass might work best- plus, honestly, we like the idea of not worrying about tickets!

I’ve used the 15-day Pass twice in the last year and the best part is not worrying about tickets. 😊 I have a trip to Austria next month and am already stressing about tickets. I keep thinking, why isn’t every country like Switzerland. They really do make it so easy to travel around in. Have a great trip!!
👍Thanks Carrie! You will love Austria- we were there several years ago- traveled by train- everyone was so nice - and helpful too. Enjoy your trip!!
