Help. I am having an issue with buying tickets at the church’s official site. Both of us are seniors (documented on our passports), so I try and buy tickets as seniors. Do I need apply for some official document issued by Spain to show we are seniors.? When I go to buy I continually get “an Error” message. Maybe site just having problems or is this an “operator issue”?
All info correctly entered (triple checked). Please advise what I should do. Thank you.

I've also had trouble booking tickets for the last couple days using a BOA card. I called the bank yesterday and they said it should work for the next hour after I called. It didn't. This morning I tried the website again and it didn't work. Then I switched to my phone, turned off wi-fi, and tried again. This time I received a code from BOA, typed it in, and then was able to purchase the tickets. Good luck, everyone. Just keep trying.

Not sure about SF, but I did notice that booking success on some sites may depend on whether you are using a PC or a phone.
