I just booked a premium tkt from Granada to Madrid directly from renfe site. Well, English version isn't 100% English :(
1) Didn't know to select a meal during booking. But it said you can add/order a meal up to so many hours prior to departure. Looked everywhere to add a meal, but cannot see how. Their "help" is no use. Cannot send any questions. Only Spain ph numbers to call, which is no use for me. I googled for this, but couldn't find anything.
Has anyone try to do something like this?
2) Trying to change my seat. It looks like I cannot do this either.
I clicked 'change' icon (there is a cancel icon too), but it looks like I would have to rebook the whole thing instead of just making these updates.
Has anyone done just an update to an existing booking of a premium tkt?
3) Do they have overhead storage in the train for my carryon luggage?
