Figueres Cadaques Tours

How would you rate the Figueres Cadaques Tours from Barcelona? Which company would you opt for and why: Viator, Onthegotours, Barcelona Exclusive Private Tours, OR In Out Barcelona Tours? Other? We hope to take a tour on Saturday or Sunday, September 7 or 8 and prefer a tour in English. Thank you.

I did not rake a tour to Figueres and Cadaques, but it may help you to know that none of the tours are run by Viator, which just sells tours conducted by other companies.

During my visit to the Dali Theatre and Museum I noticed that tour groups were moving through the building pretty fast, and I rather doubt that there's enough time to see the jewelry collection on a tour that covers both Figueres and Cadaques. A serious Dali fan might be dissatisfied by the rushed museum visit. On the other hand, the tour probably makes it easier to travel between Figueres and the house in Port Lligat.

this is too funny, just entered this site a friend sent to me...we're planning to go to Cadeques 9/7/19 too and was opting for train or how else would you suggest, since you've done the homework. Yes English for us too. We';re from Los Angeles and you?

There are no trains to Cadaques. You can get to Figueres by rail then must switch to bus. The bus ride is very scenic. Note that the Figueres bus station is located very near the regular Figueres train station, but the fast trains from Barcelona/Girona use the Figueres-Vilafant train station instead. There's bus service between the two stations but it's not terribly frequent, and if your inbound train is delayed, you'll be stuck with a taxi or a time-consuming walk. I'd guess at least 30 minutes for the walk.
