I purchased two Alhambra general tickets for one date in May and I need to change that date. Are the tickets non-refundable and charged to the credit card I provided during the purchase process, or can I just purchase the tickets for the new date without the original tickets being charged to my credit card? Thanks much!

You are probably stuck with the tickets you purchased. You were probably already charged. Check the tickets, or the website you purchased the tickets from. Check your credit card statement to see if you were already charged.

I just found your post while searching for another post.
I hope you can still benefit from the information on this post, which basically explains what you need to do to get a refund for your tickets.
