I don’t know what you consider mid range, but we stayed at Las Casas de la Juderia in 2024 and it was fabulous. We had a huge room (double room with spa bath #I81 for about $200/nt. The hotel is stunning. It’s a series of buildings that each have a different feel. The grounds are beautifully decorated. It feels like an old world oasis.

We loved this hotel. Joya del Casco is centrally located and has a great breakfast with every food category covered. This was 3 years ago.
