Location Ideas - e-bike tours & beach dining with views

Hello everyone. I've had great success before when posting on this site before, thank you.

Need location ideas for two activities. So far, we plan on staying in two hub areas (Lisbon/Porto) in October, but are open to suggestions on locations and/or activities. But, we know we are interested in...

  1. e-bike tours. Is there a certain town or area that would be more ideal for an e-bike rental location?
  2. Best beach visit for both restaurant and views. Lunch or dinner.

Again, we are very flexible with ideas coming our way.
Any other "must" dos?

I can't help you from experience but we're going to Lisbon and Porto in September. There are a few bike rental places in Lisbon and one day we're planning on riding to Belem and possibly further. I'm not sure if riding to Cascais is a reasonable but it's only a 2 hour ride from where we're staying.

As for beaches and dining we are eyeing Cascais and possibly Troia. We may rent a car if we decide on Troia.

Matosinhos is the beach just north of Porto. There are a number of places to eat with views of the water and towards the southern end, the castle. I like it.
