Lisbon hotel

Not really a specific one, we just were there and used the Holiday Inn Express just off the upper part of Liberdade at the beginning and end of our trip, since I have a bunch of IHG points. It was very good, only drawback was it was a bit far for comfortable walking to the older parts of town. On the other hand, Taxis and Uber are dirt cheap, so we used those a number of times.

If I were to look without points, I probably would look to the Baixa or central area for a hotel, just for walking convenience.
