Small Oscillating fan for traveling - Recommendations

This doesn’t rotate at all but it is tiny and amazingly powerful. It’s fantastic in stuffy hotel rooms:

I bought a very small one a few years ago that charges by USB, which was handy for me - and might be handy for European travel.

For a long time I packed a small USB powered fan that I got from Amazon. Unfortunately, it's no longer sold. But Amazon has many.

A couple of months ago, I picked up a smaller yet powerful fan at Muji. I got it in Berlin. I looked and it's not available through Muji USA.

For oscillating, you're going to have to go much bigger.

Not so. Amazon has USB oscillating fans as small as 4 inches:

While the "fan" part may be 4", the entire fan unit is 7" x 5" x 5" and weighs over a pound.

This in the fan I bought for Italy. Doesn't oscillate but is very quiet and USB rechargeable.
