Slide/sandal

I'm looking for a Sandal that also converts to slide. The heel strap flips up on top of the sandal. Lands End carried these a few years ago.

Here is one from Crocs. I didn't find any on Zappos which is usually my go-to for shoes but maybe it's because they don't have summer shoes in yet?
