Shorts. Long shorts in Switzerland

we are there now, in lauterbrunnen.( but have driven around various towns) in the tourist ( walking areas etc) most people wear 'tourist' type hiking clothes. or just regular clothes. not sure about a BOS tour? if you intend to do much walking in europe ( even cities)having good foot wear is more of a concern.

Hi Sue! We are gong on the BOS tour starting July 31st, 2017 too! I am bring in a pair of nice shorts. It is quite hot there right now.

I was on BOS last July and tour members, including women, wore shorts.

Wish I had a return trip planned. Have fun!
