Sharing my new favorite travel shirt (mens)

Reversible‽

I bought one of these before my last trip and just ordered another in a different colorway. Made of two layers of very light fabric, they feel light but drape nicely. Tucked, untucked. Brest pocket on both sides. It sounds silly, but it's great! (Note that the photos don't display the second pattern well at all. Look closely at the rolled-up sleeves to see what's on the other side.

That's a nice looking shirt - my son-in-law's birthday is coming up and he likes plaid shirts. I will check that out - thanks!

Cotton, ugh. Wrinkles, takes forever to dry. Glad you like it but not for me!

Alan, despite the clear confidence in your assumptions, they're incorrect. It's certainly not a 'crisp' shirt, but plaids always wear wrinkles better, and the open weave doesn't wrinkle much to begin with. And it's hang-dried overnight every time I've washed it.

I've traveled with the Patagonia "Sol Patrol" shirts (long and short sleeve) over the last 6-7 years and love them. Their made of a nylon type material that dries quickly and resists stains, has zipper pockets to keep things safe. I also wear Golf Polo shirts made from polyester, they wash and dry without wrinkles.

Looks decent enough at that price. Definitely nice to have something reversible when you're on the go.

Goodfellow makes wonderful comfortable shirts--sensory friendly for folk like me (I'm on the spectrum). I need to look at that today. I don't know re: cotton though--more comfortable but sometimes more wrinkles. I did buy a Columbia Bahamas shirt for XL boys (as they fit me at 5'1") looks nice just got today.
They make a men's shirt but I know for a fact the sleeves are long.

My husband recently bought this exact shirt in the 'blue' color. Hung dry overnight and it doesn't look wrinkly. He's planning to travel with it.

Nothing wrong with a cotton shirt or two in your bag. The most important thing is to wear clothes are comfortable to you. Just need to plan on some laundry.

I ended up buying the blue denim color one (not reversible but they didn't have in small). I don't know if I am taking it. But I could use a shirt like that. I'm bringing a travel/hiking shirt (synthetic). I love cotton but maybe less practical?
