Sandal/Slide

I'm looking for a Sandal that also converts to slide. The heel strap flips up on top of the sandal. Lands End carried these a few years ago.

With models changing every year, it can be hard to find what you once had. www.zappos.com has a huge shoe selection that you can search, and also good customer service.
