Just found out about this bag. It looks pretty good (except there's no exterior water bottle pocket) and the site reviews are good as well. I don't know how I missed it before. Does anybody have one of these?
EDIT: I will most likely put this in the overhead bin, not under the seat.

Not sure how you are going to use it, but as a "personal item," it's too big for some European airlines.
As a main carry on, it's fine.

there may be airlines where it is within their limitations, but not many and none that I can think of off hand. Then some airlines put weight limits on the understeat bags now. This bag weighs 3/4th of what thosye airlines allow. Looks nice though. But check the website of the airlines you are going to fly and confirm for yourself. I use a $30 canvas backpack than hangs over the handle of my carry on bag.

Just updated my original post, as I don't necessarily need to put it under the seat. I'll be using it as a carryon and not a personal item.
