I just got an email from Sherpani that said they are having a sale on gift cards. If you buy a gift card, you can save 40%. Gift cards run from $25-$250.. It looks like a pretty nice deal if you like Sherpani bags.

For other readers, I bought their Sherpani Camden last year for my personal item on the plane. I switched from a wheeled carry on suitcase to a backpack, so my former light backpack wouldn’t work as my second item. The Camden weighs 1 lb. 9 oz.
I didn’t want the backpack straps on this Camden and was easily able to neatly cut them off. I just used either the crossbody strap or the tote handles. It has a lot of nice features and is well made. I was able to place a lightweight pair of sandals in a bag in the bottom of it, and have my purse on top of those. There’s a nice slot inside for a regular size iPad, also, if you don’t want it in your other bag.

I just bought my first Vera Bradley travel bag during Thanksgiving holiday sales. Just need a trip on a budget airline to test it out. Sherpani bags look good. Just honestly can’t do another bag right now.
