Rolling Backpack with Trolley Sleeve (Found with Forum Help)

Greetings,
We are a two-CPAP couple. I am looking for a rolling backpack with a trolley sleeve. We do check a bag and want the rolling feature due to the weight of the CPAPs. Most of the time, the backpack would sit on the suitcase but the up and down the stairs of European railroad stations requires the back pack feature. I've spent the last couple of hours searching for a backpack that 1) is rolling, 2} has a trolley sleeve without costing over $150 dollars. I know we could attach the backpack to the front of the two-wheel suitcase, but have had past problems with backpack swing around, making the suitcase unstable. Hoping to find a Black Friday deal. Thanks

What size?

Do you want a full size carry on or a more personal item sized bag? How big are the CPAP's?

With a trolley sleeve you don't have to worry about "backpack" swing around.

If you don't need a full size carry on there are numerous wheeled backpacks that are designed for students. They might work.

Have you looked on Amazon? Quite a few show up.

This is actually a challenge. I surfed Amazon.com. Found PonHog backpack at 30 liters and just over 22.”
About $55.
Seems you get either backpack straps or trolley sleeve. This one has wheels, backpack straps, and a trolley sleeve. Good luck!
(Gotta love the name - PonHog)

Thanks so much, SunBaked. I have surfed Amazon for hours using several different variations of terms and couldn't find anything. Even for this backpack, there is no mention made of a trolley sleeve in the description. You must have found it on the teeny, tiny picture. And just in time for the Black Friday sale. Appreciate it.

Just don’t expect much quality for $55 with a “generic” name. But, if you don’t beat on it - it should work.
In general, wheeled backpacks are not popular. On Amazon, there is a brief video of this bag posted by a lady buyer.

I’m back, again!
I found two other options on Amazon.com.
Brand: Sydioor: $69.99: 17.7” rolling backpack.
Brand: DEVPNR: $67.91: rolling backpack for women (really unisex): 17”
Both of these have your 3 needed features of wheels, back straps, and trolley strap.
