Hi, I have a Rick Steve's carry on roller. It is about 10 years old. A zipper is broken. Are zipper under warranty? How do I get Warranty service? If not warranty, what does Rick Steves offer for repair?

I ended up with a wobbly wheel on my RS Ravenna Rolling case when we got back from Italy in October, 2023. I contacted the office as above and they ended up sending me a brand new one. Awesome customer service!
