Rec's for an under seat personal (small) backpack with laptop compartment and luggage sleeve

I found this one on Sierra. It's a very particular look, but I think a lot of the Osprey backpacks have top handles that act as luggage pass-throughs. Also, this one is maybe a bit big for what you need. The price is really good, though.

I purchased a 25L Patagonia Black Hole backpack at 50% off during their clearance sale. It was last year's model in red and has both the features you referenced.

I bought from Amazon a few years ago a Lovevecc I think that's right) book back pack to use for my cPap.
It has several compartments and is very sturdy and well made. It also comes in a dozen or more colors.
I've used it on 3 European trips, 2 "stay-cations," a 3 week "all over Italy on trains" trip, and numerous trips to see family and it has held up very well.
It has the luggage sleeve but it's also not uncomfortable to wear.
I can recommend it.

Bellroy bags seem popular. I don’t have one. I don’t travel with a laptop. Check out the brand and Tom Bihn bags. Budget? Laptop Size? Smaller day bag about 22 liters or larger 27 liter to carry clothing, also?
Lots of choices. If you can answer these questions - selection will be easier.

I bought a Calpak backpack a few years ago that I love. It has a luggage sleeve, laptop compartment, is very sturdy but also nice looking, and lightweight. Rick Steve Oslo Bag about $75 - 80. 17 liter size. This will work as a day pack and underseat personal bag. If you are using this for clothing as your sole piece of luggage - then, you need 27 liter bag.
The OSLO has a trolley sleeve.
