Both my wife and i have a Ravina suitcase. This year both have developed the same issue. Often we can't get the handle to retract.
Does anyone know a fix for this problem. The baggs are in good shape other than this, so we do mot want to replace them, Can we just but a replacement part?

I have found that when the handle does not retract on my Ravenna rolling bag it is because being soft sided, I have over packed and my shoes are in a spot that is pushing on the mechanism. I normally readjust and it’s fine but I would contact RS store, they’ve were really good about replacing one of our bags when the stitching broke and began to unravel.
