Raveena Backpack - where is the O-ring?

Just received this bag in the mail. Love the size of it. Think it will work great.

The tag attached to the bag says it has an internal o-ring to clip in a document pouch. Can't locate it anywhere in the bag. Where is it located?

Down at the bottom of the main compartment in the center. In front of the laptop/tablet sleeve.
