Prana Halle pants for women on sale

These pants were recommended here for women, and I gave them a try because my husband lives in his Prana pants in the same fabric (97% nylon, 3% spandex). I like them a lot. They have a matte finish ( not shiny or slinky), are lightweight enough for hot weather and quick drying, but feel substantial, and very comfortable with the bit of stretch. A nice selection of colors, including basic black and other choices. I am mentioning them here because they are on sale at backcountry.com for around $50.

They come in a nice range of sizes (0-16) in regular and long. They do run a bit large, so try sizing down one size. If you are short like me, with a 28" inseam, you will likely have to hem them even in the smallest sizes, but it is easy to do.

Thanks! I’ve been looking for something just like these. Backcountry already sold out of my size but I found a similar price on Amazon. My favorite hot weather hiking pants are North Face Aphrodite - super lightweight but surprisingly snag free. However, I’ve found they are only for warm/hot weather, and they are pretty casual. These look like they will be more versatile.

I will chime in just to say these are absolutely my favorite travel pants. I am 5'6" and need the 32 inch inseam.

MH, maybe it was you who convinced me to try them. My husband has worn the men's version ( stretch Zion pant) as his all-around pants ( casual, hiking, travel) for several years, it I never thought to try the woman's version until I read about them here.

I just ordered the reddish-brown ones and think they will be great for our May trip to the Pyrenees.

I like ordering from Backcountry.com as they participate in the Alaska Airlines mileage plan shopping credit. Four miles per dollar spent.
