We have this bag and we can definitely recommend it. Great price - I think that's what we paid at REI on sale.
My husband and I each have the Osprey Daylite Carry-On Wheeled Duffel 40. It has been a great bag, holds a lot and has nice, sturdy wheels which don't have any issues when rolled over cobblestones.
I removed the backpack straps since I didn't find it comfortable to use as a backpack which also saves a few ounces of weight.
