In light of my luggage issues, does anyone know of a luggage repair shop in Vienna that might be able to fix/replace a telescoping handle.
I've tried to contact Samsonite via email and I'm waiting for a response.

Thanks, Emily. I sent an email to Samsonite Austria regarding repairs. If I don't hear back, I may just go to the Samsonite store in Vienna and see what they can do.
