IT Amsterdam III Spinner?

Anyone have experience with this bag https://www.ebags.com/product/it-luggage/amsterdam-iii-8-wheel-215-inch-carry-on/322829?productid=10469721

Sadly, last night when I was getting ready to do my practice pack for our trip to London in two weeks, we discovered that none of our go-to luggage is small enough for carry-on for our return trip from London to Seattle on Norwegian Air. The published size limit is 55cmx40cmx23cm. Eek! We're leaving in two weeks, so I don't have the luxury of time to find the perfect bag.

I have a credit with eBags and so I looked there first and found this Amsterdam bag.

It is super affordable, the perfect size, should work well with my packing cubes and is very light weight. The front pockets look useless - but oh, well. I'm just concerned that it might be a bit flimsy. This trip is just to London so we don't have a lot of schlepping or hauling over cobblestones. I need a rolling bag or spinner as I have a neck injury that prevents me from using a back pack.

My husband likes to use a pack, so we'll probably just pop over to the REI store to see what they have for him.

Any thoughts about this bag? Thanks!

You might head to TJ Maxx if you've got one nearby. They usually have some of the IT luggage but not sure if they have this model. Take a tape measure with you.

You could also buzz up to Edmonds. I think the smallest RS wheelie (but not a spinner) fits the criteria. It's 20x14x9.

Instead of buying a suitcase just to qualify for the one flight home, you might consider just checking your original bag instead of carrying it on. I usually will check my main bag on the return flight because even if it's delayed, I am home!
And with Norwegian, you also have to have a total weight of less than 10 kilos (about 22 lbs), which might be harder coming home with any extra purchases.

55 x 40 x 23 cm is 21.65 x 15.7 x 9 inches.

If you have a maximum size carry-on of 22 x 14 x 9 then you are worrying about 1/3 of an inch.

And if your husband uses a non-wheeled pack, it's probably soft sided meaning the dimensions are not solid. Don't overpack the bag and he should be fine. (They don't look at the maximum dimensions in ads, you get to put your bag in a sizer. If it fits you carry on.)
