Norse's personal bag (underseat) limits are 15.5 x 11.5 x 5.5 in (no weight restriction, must fit under the seat).
Has anyone flown Norse? I'm having trouble finding a small laptop backpack that is small enough to fit those dimensions. Thoughts? Rec's?
Fold the bag up. Board with the lap top out of it. Or just follow the rules that the airline has spelled out and pay what you need to pay if you can't comply. Or find another airline that has carry on bag rules you know you can meet.

I've noticed that if you include the name of one of the budget airlines in your search on Amazon, that it will narrow the choices down better than the filters do. "personal item bag for ryanair" instead of "personal item bag"
