Eagle Creek 25% off sale thru 15 Dec, select travel gear

I've been watching since Black Friday. Hoping they'll put the 26in Gear Warrior on SALE. Hasn't happened yet. Not a fan of how the new Tarmacs look or open. We like 2 wheeled for Europe = so hoping the Gear Warriors go on sale soon.

I've purchased both the International Tarmac & International Expanse 2 wheel rollaboard bags. The Tarmac is definitely quirky, required a bit of creative packing for 18 day trip, but I found it on sale for 50% off earlier in the fall so I made it work. The Expanse is a nice bag. We have been able to pack it also for 18 day trip, no problem. I don't dislike the Tarmac and it's stiffer fabric limits the amount of overstuffing that I can do.. a good thing.

We picked up a few of the Isolate packing cubes on sale. Happy Holidays to us. LOL

I've been looking at the new Expanse, but we want a 26in and they don't make that in a 2 wheel. We are actually looking for my cousin who is going to Europe with us. Our 17 yr old original Tarmacs are still perfect -- but we are trying to help them find something for 3 weeks in Europe.

Thanks for the heads up, Diane. I ended up not buying anything (this time) from Eagle Creek but then started to think about other packing cubes (the long, skinny ones) from Ebags. Turns out they are having a pretty good sale, too, so I picked up a couple of items there.
