Civita Shoulder Bag - strap length

I don’t own it, but if you look at the video of the bag when you go to his shop online, you can see the model wearing the bag and the length of the strap. It looks to me like it would be awkward to wear it as a Crossbody. But you could always get a longer strap for it, too.

The strap is not long enough for a cross body bag. I have just hung it on my shoulder like a purse. You could cut the strap and add some type of wide strap then sew back together. I did this for my husband who needed longer straps. Just have to be handy and improvise. I use this backpack because it is soft, lightweight and carries a lot. When using it as a backpack, zip lock or pin the zipper closed, as I have had 3 attempts at pick pocketing over 20 years of use.

If you look closely at the photos and video here on the travel store, it appears that the strap just clips on, so you should be able to go online and search for "luggage shoulder strap" and find one long enough with clips to attach it.

RedOxx.com sells shoulder straps. I believe Tom Bihn company does to.

I always wear mine as a crossbody, and it has served me well, through many years of travel! The strap is 40" long.
