My RS replacement carryon arrived today! Customer service was excellent (extension zipper broke at the beginning of my trip in May).
How old was your old carryon?
Less than three years, but almost a year of travel.
The RS customer service rep asked for photos, and suggested donating the old bag, which I did. The old bag was still usable but since I pack light, it was difficult to balance.
I hope it sees many planes, trains, buses, boats, taxis and metros before a replacement is needed!
