I have a Rick Steves convertible rolling carry-on that isn’t offered now. Mine has an attached hip belt that the current offering lacks.
Both zipper pulls came off of their track on the front flap. This happened at the airport before I could check in for a return flight, domestic USA. No zipper teeth are damaged. I don’t recall this model’s name.
Does Rick Steves offer a warranty for damage such as this?
