I am looking for a memory foam travel cushion that will fold in half and close with two button loops. I had one purchased in Italy recently but lost it. Anyone know the brand name or have suggestions?
Are you referring to the horseshoe-shaped cushions for wearing around the neck?
No, I am talking about a cushion you sit on.
How about a self-inflating sit pad?

Also useful for sitting on snow.
Something like this?

I found one that really works. I had tried the Magellans one but had to return it as it wasn't thick enough. I like the ones called "Coccxy cushion". I got mine at www.active-medical.com. It is similar to one that I got when I injured my tailbone. I don't travel without. It is solid foam - not inflatable - but I hook it over the handle of my carry-on and put it in the airplane seat. It makes for a MUCH better trip!

I use on of the horseshoe-shaped cushions to sit on :-)
The hole in the middle is marvelous for the end of my spine.
Barb--Does the airline consider the cushion to be a personal item? Or can you carry on in addition to your handbag/whatever?
I have never had it questioned. It has a "handle"/strap which slips right over the handle of my rolling bag. Before putting my bag in the overhead bin, I put the cushion in my seat. Works like a charm - it is great for the back as well.

It is in addition to my personal bag.
