Im shopping my way through Amsterdam (best of all shopping cities) and need to pack up a box or two to send back home.
I've looked and asked and can't find how to do that here.. Apparently the post office here is nonexistent as far as shipping goes, and no one can tell me how.
Anyone know how?
The central post office is located at Singel 250. The photos on their Yelp page seem to show packing material for sale and people waiting in line with boxes. So they probably would be able to help.
There's a Fedex Service center near the airport. Am sure they'll provide pickup service from your hotel.

PostNL has several offices - like the one Greg talks about - in Amsterdam and desks in supermarkets as well. There is also an office in Amsterdam Centraal railwaystation.
There are two very similar threads on two different forums by the same poster both about Amsterdam which have attracted different answers.
