We will be in Amsterdam for 3 days the beginning of April. Can anyone recommend bistros and mid-range places to eat? Or perhaps places you think are a "must"?

Where are you staying?
Kim had a very poor experience with this restaurant if you are in the Museumplein area so I'm avoiding it at all costs, lol!!

If you are staying in the Museumplein and would like to try Rijsttafel, we found Kartika to be a very reasonably priced option - I think just over €20 per person for a meat or vegetarian option. Food was good with lots of variety,
