Museum card advantages?

Curious to know if anyone has purchased the Amsterdam museum card. It looks like it's around $65 US but gets you into most all the major museums. If purchasing this card can you prebook for museums in advance? I believe there is a skip the line advantage to this card as well. We're interested in the Rjeks, Van Gogh, Ann Frank, Rembrandt house, Frans Hal and a few others. We're going in mid September.
Thanks

As I understand it the Museumkaart requires a local/European bank to purchase - someone from the Netherlands can clarify, but there have been some recent posts about this, see examples here and here). I recently used the iAmsterdam card and posted this report about it.

Please note the spelling of the places you intend to visit. Rijksmuseum, Frans Hals.
Secondly which card are you talking about? The nationwide museumkaart? Or the I Amsterdam City Card?
The museumkaart is less suitable for tourists because it needs to be tied to a European bank account.
As far as skipping the line, most museums require you to book a time slot in advance. So at most museums the lines for the cash registers are no longer there, because everyone has bought their ticket in advance. And museums like the Anne Frank house and the Van Gogh museum don’t even sell tickets at the door anymore, it’s pre-booked only. So no matter how you reserved your time slot, you can always enter immediately at the time slot indicated on your ticket. At the start time of each new time slot, there can be a short line of people who are all booked for that time slot. No ticket allows you to go to the front of that short line. I was saw a tourist trying to do that at the Rijksmuseum, by loudly claiming he had bought a skip the line ticket. He was swiftly send back to the end of the short line.
