Anne Frank Undocumented 1-week Drop?

I was online this morning for Anne Frank tickets at 3am Central time. Frustratingly, the tickets didn't come available until about 3:10am, but I was able to get what I wanted. Just kept constantly refreshing the site. Before 3:10 the dates still showed up grey in the date picker.

Anyway, I also noticed that the entire week of dates 1 week out for today went from red to white. This has to be new availability right? I looked a the dates after getting tickets, and there were many slots available for the museum only, whereas every date had been sold out minutes before. This ticket drop isn't documented on the website, but have others noticed the same thing?

God, I feel like I'm doing Genie+ at Disney World all over again.

We bought tickets a few weeks ago. There was a definite computer glitch then as well. I would have been better off logging in 5 min after the anticipated time the tickets went live instead of logging in at the exact time. (I’m not suggesting others do that. But it happened that way the week ours went on sale.) I managed and got tickets but unfortunately they conflict with something else we have booked, but at least I got tickets.

I had a similar issue. The web site didn't allow me to purchase a ticket for more than 30 minutes past the posted availability time. I kept leaving the site/refreshing, but the dates remained grayed out. Then, suddenly, the dates weren't grayed out, but many tickets had been sold. I had wanted to do the visit plus introductory program, but those tickets were gone. I did manage to get visit-only tickets for the date/time I wanted, so that was good. We will be there next week. I'm looking forward to it and grateful for the information and help I received from this forum.
