Western Dolomites - Two days Itinerary feedback

Hello,

We will be staying in Ortisei for two full days in October 6th and 7th. I would like to run this itinerary by you and see if this is doable - we will have a car. See the questions for each day.

Oct 6 - Drive to Alpe di Siusi before 9 am, have lunch at one of the refugios. In the afternoon, Drive to Santa Maddalena for Sunset. It's my birthday, plan for dinner back in Ortisei.
Question here is which hikes would work considering we want to make it to SM for Sunset? Would it make more sense to leave the car in Ortisei and take the lift up and down instead of driving to Compatsch?

Oct 7 - Take the lift from Ortisei to Seceda in the morning - what would be a good hike that will get us to a refugio for lunch? Would Troier Hütte work? How difficult is it? Once done, take the lift down to Ortisei and drive to Sassolungo (approximately 1 hr) and ride the lift to the top - would love to experience the lift there as it's very different. Not sure what time it will be by the time we are back down but if time allows, I'd like to do some hiking at the base, perhaps the Citta dei Sassi trail.

Is this doable? Anything you would change? I'd appreciate your feedback, thanks!

Thanks, I did read that post. From doing my research, I don't think any of the hikes that I mentioned are difficult - I'm just trying to work out the logistics. Unfortunately, 3 nights and 2 full days is all I have allocated for this part of my trip.
