How do I purchase the combo ticket to Uffizi, Pitti, and Boboli gardens online? I've gone to the uffizi.it website, but when I click on the 5 day combo package it will only allow me to select individual tickets for each museum, rather than the discounted combo ticket.
The combo ticket is mentioned in the most recent printing of Rick Steves Italy book. It says to look for "Intero Cumulativo 3 giorni" in the ticket options, but I find no such option.

I found that creating an account first on B-Ticket helped. I booked the combo ticket with no problems after I did that. I just tried and it would have let me book if I had wanted to for the five day ticket.

Thank you James for posting your thread. I was able to locate the spot for ordering the combo tickets, however once I put in all the information to purchase them it just came back saying "error". I tried numerous times and just kept getting the same "error" response.
I too am trying to get tickets for May, so perhaps that is still too far out to order tickets. You would think the site would state how far in advance you can order tickets, once you put in the date you want to go.

Yes I believe it is too early. Here is another recent thread where someone was getting the same Error message. They seemed to imply they are only doing bookings a month or so out (they were told by the museum to check back mid February for mid March tickets).
