Because they haven't released the next block of them yet. This recent thread may be helpful; a poster says that per the instagram site, tickets for Aug/Sept/Oct. should become available on June 27 but need to keep a close eye on the website. Note that on the date that occurs, it'll be at Central European Time, or so it was when they released the last block.
Threads on both RS and TripAdvisor strongly recommend setting up your vivaticket account in advance so you can move quickly on the release date. I read that they sell out in a hurry!
