We are arriving one day prior to our tour starting in September, so were looking for a hotel in the Kasha area for one night. Not wanting to spend $250 to $300 as I know we will be jetlagged and only going to be there one night. (The hotel we stay in for the tour is already fully booked)
Thank you for any suggestions you may have...
Look at Eurostar Centrale Palace. We had a great stay there.
I think you probably mean the Kalsa area? Here is a link to when I asked the question a little over a year ago.

We stayed at this Airbnb last year and it was amazing. Highly recommend it. https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/34035533?source_impression_id=p3_1751161746_P3I5xEOdhAAjbkSE
Thanks so much for all the suggestions, appreciate it
Hi Monica, I don’t know the specific neighborhoods in Palermo, but I stayed five nights at the small Della Vittorie Luxury Suites in 2024. It’s a very handy location, and the room was more like an American hotel with a nice bed and sound-proof windows. I slept very well…which is important for a jet lag sleep. I met a couple at breakfast the next morning who were beginning the RS Sicily tour that afternoon.
I booked through their website. It looks like they’re €131 for a non-refundable, but September dates are getting booked up.
Echoing Jean’s recommendation. We had a similar experience and loved being right in the heart, but not hearing any noise at night. We just walked our luggage down the street to the tour hotel (if you’re staying at the Ambasciatori).
Thank you quite a few already full, did find last room at Hotel Porta Felice, appreciate all the help.
