There appear to be a number of options for passes in and around Rome. Which ones would be the best value for a five night stay?
Only you can determine if any have value by doing the math
Roma Pass is often mentioned here and is not known to be of great value

My own 2-cents on both the Omnia Pass and Roma Pass from earlier this year:

As well, TA reviews of both: the ratings kind of speak for themselves:

I'm not personally aware of any prior forum feedback on the Go City Explorer passes, Turbopass, or Rome Tourist Card, nor can I find much for online reviews, or not many I consider reliable. Just taking a glance at the Go City Explorer passes, they greatly inflate the cost of entry to the attractions listed without their pass. For instance, they say that regular entry price for the Vatican Museums is "up to €59" but in truth it's only € 25 if booked through the Vatican's own website. Oh, and you still have to make an advance, timed-entry reservation if using the pass, same as if you pre-booked through the Vatican. So, no benefit at all, really.
Short story long, these tourist-card sites go to great lengths to make people think they're getting some kind of bargain when most of the time they're not. Skip-the-line benefit is one they advertise a lot when that's standard at ALL attractions which require advance, timed-entry reservations to do so, and NO one skips security-check queues.
