If you have experience with the "Omnia card 72 + Roma Pass", do you feel it is worth purchasing? How did you use it. Graci!
If you search the forum you will many negative comments and, I think, 1 positive one over many years.
what benefits do you expect to receive? Which venues?
In all of my years on these forums I don't believe I've ever seen a recommendation for the Omnia Card. Its reputation is as a ridiculously overpriced product lacking much for convenience and/or ease of use. Take a look at these reviews:

Do be aware that reservations for the most-visited attractions - Colosseum, Galleria Borghese and (in the case of the Omnia Pass) Vatican Museums - must be made in advance. Priority, day-of entry is not possible without them, nor do they allow you to bypass any security check queues anywhere those are in force. Additionally, HOHO buses in Rome have generally seen just fair/poor reviews for years as it's just not a city that can efficiently accommodate them. I'd never purchase a pass just because use of one of those is included; not worth it.
Rome is a wonderful walking city; the best way to see it unless your time is limited or you have mobility challenges. Single-use tickets are inexpensive, and multi-day passes are also available. We've purchased a few individual tickets on day 1 and just tucked them away for a time we might want to get from one point to another considerable distance away.
Roma Pass: I'm not personally a fan because of the requirement to make advance reservations at the biggies. BTW, Roma Passes are part of the Omnia Card package: they cover the non-religious attractions. Anyway, read the FAQs about this pass, what it covers and how to use it carefully.

Lastly, the Omnia site inflates the cost of tickets they sell for individual attractions/experiences. For instance, they charge โฌ 60.00 per adult for a group tour of the Vatican Museums/Sistine Chapel (the Sistine isn't a separate attraction: it's IN the museums.) A tour booked through the Vatican Museums' own site costs โฌ 40.00 per adult.
Just IMHO.
Thank you for your responses. I did previously post in the "Search" box for the pass but nothing populated for me. Seems rarely do these type of passes warrant their cost and wanted to consult the experts on this one for Rome. Graci!
There are a lot of past threads about both of these passes but they've changed enough over time that info that was current more than a couple years ago or so may not be accurate now, As well, their websites may have been overhauled enough that previous links posted to access different informational parts of them of them no longer work.
