Rome: Floralia apartments

I thought that someone on this forum recommended them. If you have used Christina/Floralia, could you let me know? Because she's neither Airbb or VRBO, our hesitation is with the cancellation policy (in view of covid and any changes that might happen by the time we leave). With the other sites, we have a clean date to cancel cleanly. With her choices, we would lose a piece of the deposit and we can't figure out what that deposit is.

Anyone willing to talk to me (on chat!), let me know. and thanks.

Bean, that "someone" was jconsol in this one of your previous threads; do you know how to reference your posting history?

They have not posted on the forums since. As they'd provided on that thread, here is the Floralia's website in English:

https://www.floraliahomes.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=featured

Here is their contact info in English:
https://www.floraliahomes.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=8&Itemid=119

Here are their rental conditions in English:
https://www.floraliahomes.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=15&Itemid=195

If you have questions regarding the deposit/cancellation period, use the contact info provided to communicate with them. Thing is, cancellation rules may have changed since jconsol stayed with them so best to get the current situation from the horse's mouth.

i will mention being cautious about what their apartments for 4 people will accommodate, as far as beds? Read carefully the descriptions for sleeping arrangements with double beds, twin beds and sofa beds. You will want to make sure both couples have actual bedrooms versus one couple sleeping on a pullout in the living area.

You're welcome! Let me know if you are a bit puzzled about finding past threads you've started or contributed to that you wish to find again? It's not difficult at all, promise! ;O)
