I’m trying to find what is included in the 72 hr Roma Pass. I see where I can buy one, but no listing of what’s included. Thanks!
Have you looked at the website?

It pretty much explains what is included in the purchase. As explained in one of your previous posts, some attractions mandate advance reservations even if using the pass.
This was explained to you in this previous thread:

I get very annoyed at the folks marketing big-city (i.e., expensive) sightseeing passes, because the websites often bury the detailed information about exactly what is covered. The 72-hour pass only gives you two free entries. For any additional sights you want to visit, you only get a discount (and only if they are participating sights). The list of full and discounted prices can be found here (it took me several minutes to find it): Roma Pass--discounted ticket prices
I guess the "Reduced Rate" column is the one used or people with the Roma Pass, but I'm not sure. The stupid list doesn't seem to explain it anywhere. As you can see, the reductions are often only 1 or 2 euros, so you'd have to go to a very large number of sights for those discounts to amount to much.
The transportation benefit may be less useful than expected. Most visitors to Rome report that they walked almost everywhere. The Metro system is rather thin and will often not get you terribly close to where you want to go.
BUT, it appears to give people an opportunity to get access to tickets to at least one highly sought after attraction - the colosseum.
I don't advocate city passes for the reasons stated above. I am generally skeptical of them. But obtaining tickets to the colosseum has been stressful.
And I know you have asked people to look at the website, but the colosseum is not featured on the website as an attraction that is included.
See here:
Yes, the Colosseum (+Forum and Palatine) is included as the one or two free attractions that the pass can be used for, depending on which pass you have. That said, the mandatory reservation is 2.00€ if you've already purchased a pass: that's the "RESERVATION OF ADMISSION FOR ROMA PASS HOLDERS" choice in the booking link you provided, bhubbardii,
That link also allow you to purchase a pass you if haven't already done so. You choose an open time slot and either "RESERVATION ROMA PASS 48H WITH ENTRANCE "or "RESERVATION ROMA PASS 72H WITH ENTRANCE".
List of museums:

It's the "Parco archeologico del Colosseo, Foro Romano & Palatino - Colosseo (Anfiteatro Flavio)"
No, I'm not an advocate of the Roma Pass either, for some of the reasons acraven listed. Yes, acquiring tickets for the Colosseum has become a pain due to demand far outstripping capacity. :O(
