Question on picking up Colosseum tickets (and coopculture response)

Yesterday I purchased three combo tickets (no tours) for October from coopculture, for timed entrance to Colloseum at 4:20. I could have sworn I chose print at home option, but when I emailed coopcukture stating I didn’t receive PDFs, they stated I did not pick print at home.

So here’s my question, can we pick up tickets at the forum with our email confirmation, as the plan was to go their first? Or do we have to pick tickets up at the Colosseum first? And are we allowed to pickup several hours in advance of our entry time? Then visit the forum/Palatine, then back to Colosseum for our 4:20 entry.

I searched previous posts, but still not clear.

Thanks

Arg, Karen, I'm almost afraid to say anything as the process getting into these sites is a moving target these days! That said, this is pretty recent and might be helpful? See posts from Kei Cee and thefer, both of whom state that they picked up their pre-purchased tickets at the Forum/Palatine before their appointed tour or reserved time slot at the Colosseum.

I emailed Coopculture yesterday and received the below email back today in response to my question, asking if we can visit the forum before our Colosseum entry time. So looks we are good to go to the forum first, then to the Colosseum by 3:50 for our 4:20 entrance. Hope this helps others.

you can visit Forum and palatine Hill the day before, the same day of Colosseum or the day after.
Anyway we suggest you to pass the Colosseum security check 30 min in advance
