Malta - Valletta Guide recommendations

I know Malta is not part of italy but it is close to Sicily and there is no specific forum for Malta. A group of us are traveling on the Windstar Spendors of Sicily which stops in Valletta. We are looking for guide or tour recommendations. Just seeking something for 3-4 hours.
