Legit Coopculture.it?

I browsed the coopculture.it. I do not see any phone number to contact.

Some of the reviewers are complaining.

I don't know if this website is legit.

Please advise. Thanks!

It's legit. I just bought tickets for a tour of the Colosseum from them while in Rome last October. In fact, I believe that's the official website.

It is only in Rome. I do not see any other than Rome. I would like to get some tickets in Florence and Venice. Do you know what is the website are good offering with best lowest prices?

Editing previous reply:

coopculture is not the website you use for booking attractions everywhere in Italy: it is only for certain ones.

It is the site you should use for the Colosseum/Forum/Palatine tickets and underground/third-ring tours. It is not the site you use for the Uffizi or Accademia in Florence, Basilica San Marco in Venice, etc.

It is absolutely legitimate.

What else are you wanting to buy tickets or make reservations for?

For the major sights in Italy that require reservations, look at this page of Rick's. On the right in grey, he has the direct links to the official websites to book tickets in advance: https://www.ricksteves.com/travel-tips/sightseeing/avoiding-lines

Here are the sights he lists in that post:

Vatican Museum (including Sistine Chapel), Rome
Borghese Gallery, Rome
Uffizi Gallery, Florence
Accademia Gallery, Florence
Brancacci Chapel, Florence
Last Supper, Milan
Scrovegni Chapel, Padua

Very few other sights require reservations. For all of the ones on that list, it's a VERY good idea.

coopculture.it is definitely legit. I've bought more than 100 tickets from them for the Colosseum over the last several years.

The only thing I'll change to Harold's very helpful advice is the link on Rick's page for the Uffizi and Accademia. That website is not as comprehensive as it was as it's going to be replaced at some point. The link for ordering tickets is still there but can be confusing to find if you don't speak Italian!

This is where you order tickets for those two museums plus a few others in Florence:

I am copy/pasting my reply to your previous question about this (and there's a lengthy discussion about it on that thread):

https://community.ricksteves.com/travel-forum/italy/individuals-tickets-in-rome

"Reservation limitations apply to the Third ring/Underground tours. Those tours are not yet available for June reservation, and won't be until around the middle of March. As stated on the website:

"it will be possible to book the Underground each three months. Reservation Service will be open 15 days before the three month period."

The current three-month reservation period is from January-March; that's why you're not seeing booking capability beyond that. These tickets have a price IN ADDITION to the regular entry-priced tickets of 14 € if purchased through the Coopculture website."

You need to do book your tickets the minute they become available. These tours sell out very, very quickly!!!!

Tickets for the underground tour are released in 3 month blocks. Right now they are available through the end of March. In mid March tickets for April, May and June will go on sale. In mid June tickets for July, August and September will go on sale and so on.

Entry tickets are always available and are needed in conjunction with your tour tickets.
